• Hardware upgrade / Install • 30 mins • Ranging from memory upgrade, video card install, hard drive install, power supply install etc. (cost of hardware not included) • Computer / Laptop Setup • 1 hour • Setup a computer or laptop with 1 peripheral connected & working, connect it to the internet and setup an email address if required. • Internet setup • 30mins • Connect 1 computer or laptop either wired or wirelessly to the internet, ready for use. • Operating System Reinstall • 1 - 2 hours • Computer / Laptop is reinstalled completely including correct drivers making sure all components work correctly. • Operating System Reinstall with data transfer • 1 - 2 hours • Computer / Laptop is reinstalled completely including correct drivers so all components work correctly & data is backed up and transferred back to new installation. • Virus Removals / running slowly / crashing • • 30mins - 2 hours • Any type of virus infection can be removed. Usually causing constant popups, internet problems, connection errors, crashes etc. • Remote Support • €25 / 15 mins • Click for support • |
• Data Recovery for Dublin & Ireland • Recovery of data due to accidental deletion, hard drive damage or file system damage. • Some errors where data recovery is possible • • USB drive not showing up in windows explorer • USB drive letter shows but windows wants to format it • No disk partiton on hard drive / no file system on disk • Data deleted from disk or recycle bin emptied & more Hourly rate applies. Usually takes no more than 2 hours in most cases. • Blue Screen Errors • Also known as BSOD(Blue Screen of Death) where windows stops booting and crashes showing a blue screen and text errors displayed. This error can be fixed in many cases. It doesn't always mean that you will have to wipe & reinstall your computer / laptop. • Laptop / Notebook Screen Repairs • Laptop screen repairs are a fixed fee for labour plus whatever the cost of the specific screen model is. Usually takes 1-2hours if screen replacement is in stock, otherwise 1-2 days. Typical cost for 15.4" screen & labour is €150. Please Note: We only use brand new replacement laptop screens for our laptop repairs, not the cheaper 'refurbished' type lower quality replacement screens. |

Prices quoted are including vat unless stated otherwise. Any repaired items not collected within 1 month will be disposed of.
