Prices quoted are including vat unless stated otherwise. Does not include cost of any hardware if needed. Any repaired items not collected within 1 month will be disposed of. This enables us to remotely connect to your computer to help you fix the problem directly from our office to you. There are no settings for you to change. In fact nothing for that matter! Hardware Upgrade / Install* Ranging from memory upgrade, video card install, hard drive install, power supply install etc. (cost of hardware not included) Computer / Laptop Setup* Setup a computer or laptop with 1 peripheral connected & working, connect it to the internet and setup an email address if required. Internet setup* Connect 1 computer or laptop either wired or wirelessly to the internet, ready for use. Operating System Reinstall Computer / Laptop is reinstalled completely including correct drivers making sure all components work correctly. Operating System Reinstall with data transfer Computer / Laptop is reinstalled completely including correct drivers so all components work correctly & data is backed up and transferred. Virus Infected Computer /running slowly / crashing This problem normally indicates that a virus is present or badly configured software. |
Data Recovery Recovery of data due to accidental deletion, hard drive damage or file system damage. Hourly rate applies. Usually takes no more than 2 hours in most cases. Blue Screen Error Also known as BSOD(Blue Screen of Death) where windows stops booting and crashes showing a blue screen and text errors displayed. This error can be fixed in many cases. It doesn't always mean that you will have to wipe & reinstall your computer / laptop. |

Laptop / Notebook Screen Repair* Laptop screen repairs are a fixed fee for labour plus whatever the cost of the specific screen model is. Usually takes 1-2hours if screen replacement is in stock, otherwise 1-2 days. Typical cost for 15.4" screen is €150. Please Note: We only use brand new replacement laptop screens for our laptop repairs, not the cheaper 'refurbished' type lower quality replacement screens. |
